Will this work with a power lift recliner?

It sure does! That's exactly what I'm using it on. A catnapper leather electric recliner.

Is there a video to show how to put on the chair cover?

If there is it would be to the left at bottom of the different pictures of the cover.

Is it supposed to tie in the front or back?

I put the ties in the front of the footrest area. It helps to hold it securely in that area. I used this on a lift recliner and used the sides to cover the bottom covers of the back. Hope this helps you with your cover.

How is this with lond dog hair?

We have a really long haired cat and have these on our recliners in the RV. They are actually pretty good. Every now and then I just take a lint roller and go over them between washes.
