My dog absolutely loves this food. No hesitation at mealtime, which says a lot. I also like that it’s focused on digestive health, and I’ve noticed everything seems more consistent overall. Good ingredients, no issues, and an easy choice to stick with.

Wellness Core is a reputable dog food and I've used other different recipes for my dogs. This one works for my Golden who has sensitive tummy issues also provides vitamins for her skin. Great that it has probiotics in it.

This dog food has worked wonders for our 15-year-old Dalmatian mix and 3-year-old Blue Heeler mix. They were having constant bouts of diarrhea and loose stools and nothing seemed to help. And, they had very little interest in the other high-end kibbles we have tried. Their food would sit untouched for hours. We decided to try a formula specifically geared for digestive health, and selected this one due to its five-star reviews on various sites. The difference was immediately obvious. Our dogs LOVE this food and look forward to it with great eagerness - a complete switch from any other food. This is quite surprising, as the ingredients appear fairly similar. And, even better, no more diarrhea and very solid, manageable stools. It's not often that I've seem such great results after switching products, but that is certainly the case with this food. Very highly recommended!

For chicken digestive support, 24lb bags... About 5 months ago, after 9 years of buying this food for 4 dogs, I noticed a significant quality change in the kibble. Bags started arriving with kibble that had been completely smashed into powder, the last 4 or 5 cups were basically garbage since they were just powder, I think this has to do with Amazon because I was subscribed, I got one bag by normal order and it wasnt crushed at all. With subscribe, I also noticed the expiration dates on the bag getting closer and closer to the current date, which is suspicious. I just received a new bag this week, I dont know what happened but the kibble is a totally different color. There must be a recipe change because in addition to the color, one of my dogs that had difficulty with emptying her anal glands is almost immediately having problems, she smells like fish, constantly wipping her bum to help empty them, and I've had to wash her bed twice in just 4 days. Shes two years old and has been otherwise completely healthy. Decided to swith permanently to purina pro plan digestive support salmon, we've been testing it and mixing for a few weeks, all 3 of my current dogs are loving it.

This supposedly is high quality food. I’m giving it 3 stars because of all the crumbs/dust in the bag. My dog won’t eat it, and I had to change from a different brand last year due to the same crumb issue. I can’t go through a big bag of dog food separating kibbles from crumbs so my dog will eat! Why doesn’t Wellness do anything about this??
