Have it on my order subscription for every 3 months. Take it every morning instead of coffee and keeps my energy up all workday and great before workouts to give me a surge of energy when a take 3 tablespoons.

I take this supplement 4 to 5 times a week and have seen a reduction in my cholesterol levels as a result. It has a very earthy smell and flavor. The powder does lump up sometimes, but when mixed it does become smooth. I take mine with just a little water and am able to handle the flavor. In a smoothie, I could not really pick up on the flavor.

On the downside, the flavor may not be for everyone, especially on its own. It can also stain easily, so you have to be careful when scooping or mixing. And while it dissolves better than most, you still need a quick stir or shake to fully incorporate it. Overall, this is a high-quality, easy-to-mix organic beetroot powder that works great as part of a daily health routine.

Tastes like beets, not bad, and nice to get a slight natural energy boost. But does not keep me awake at night or interrupt my sleep. Love it!

I liked the product, but this time it came hard as a rock and would not mix in. Amazon was kind enough to refund my money for the powder. It has a 9.0 rating on SuppCo app. Might try again.
