Great quality Turmeric capsules. Quite large and dark contents, so was a bit concerned when I first saw them - however, they do swallow fine despite the size, as the capsule material is easy to swallow and a good shape. Also, despite being dark, probably from the added pepper, the contents seem to sit well once taken, and do not repeat on you / no reflux. Do the job very well/

1700mg Food Suppliment. 90 capsules, high strength mix. Take for a while, see how well it does. I give this item 4 Stars. It is made well, so we have a recommended item. There is lots of information about the item on the listing, which I have compared with the item received and is okay. I am reviewing as if a standard order, but, I received the item on the Vine programme.

I like the fact that this is a pretty high dosage of the ingredients, compared to some other supplement tablets I have tried. Also, the ingredients are ground and are loose inside clear capsules, which means that, apart from the actual capsule material, there's nothing extraneous. Also good that they're vegan. Because supplements generally show their benefits (or not) slowly, I'm not able to give a fair comment about their effectiveness, but if you're inclined to try a supplement, these do seem to tick a good many boxes.
