Oh, I loveeeee the idea of this Christian card game. So beautiful, thoughtful, inspirational... I really can continue. When I opened it up, the "a letter for you" was there, but I didn't read it immediately because I was eager to see the cards. The first card on top was the joker and the Bible verse on it is beautiful... Genesis 50:20! I later read the letter, and I love that as well. I plan to buy more and gift them to our church members. Another review on here said the cards are small; I ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE. They’re standard size game cards. Thanks for a great product.

The cards are thick and don’t bend easily, great great quality. Love the scriptures. Love the card game in general it’s also an easy way to memorize scripture.

It is very good for kids to read the bible verses while playing the game.

The cards information is good but the deck is too small. We found they were hard to hold. Will look for a larger deck.

My husband and I enjoy playing with these cards and reading each one. It's a pleasure to have these and reading His Word. I highly recommend these.

Reading the verse on the card as you played them made the game so much more fun.

Ok, that was a clickbait title, I'll admit. This is a normal set of playing cards, decent quality and they have illustrations with info about various bible characters. Some cards just have bible verses but all 52 cards are present along with 2 joker cards.This set makes a fun gift for the spoiled Christian kid who has everything and it's educational as well. While I don't recommend gambling, it can be fun to bring these to play single deck card games with church friends (or former church friends) and talk about the cards as you play. Kind of a fun idea and everyone loves it when I bring these out, but that totally depends on what kind of friends or family you have.These cards aren't "preachy", they just give the illustrations character descriptions along with bible verses that are mainly positive and inspirational. Artwork is sort of in the style of The Prince of Egypt and other bible cartoons I've seen over the years. Happy with this card set, and I love the color diversity in the characters. It's not just a bunch of blonde bible characters like we used to see in the 70's and 80's for some reason. I guess we finally figured out what people in the Middle East look like.

Received for unbiased review...I was a bit suspicious of how the presentation of these cards might be, but they are actually quite good. The general easy to read brief overview description of the characters is quite good, and the chosen verses are chosen well. The verses are a modern language translation but doesn't state what translation they are using.They are good for memorization cards, or for designing your own games to play, as well as being the standard card suits for popular card games.I'm giving them 5 stars.

Yes very colourful and I like that there are Bible verses on the cards but I wish it was the KJV version they used instead.
