Q: I'm a 7.5-8 depending on the shoe. Would you recommend the medium or large? Do they stretch at all after use?

I ordered the 8 - 9 size but they were to small so I gave them to my sister she is a size 8 and they fit her well. She really likes them, I am planning on ordering the size up for me.

Q: Are they skid resistant on the bottom

The bottoms are rubber with raised chevron treads. They cling to the floor quite well - I've never had any issues with skidding.
