Does the inverter have battery type selector for lithium?

No, while the PX1500-12 is designed to be connected to any type of 12 volt battery, but there is no selector for specific battery types.

Would this run a skill saw and a shop vac at the same time on a 25 ft extension cord?

No, the average wattage draw of a skill saw and shop vacuum is about 1200 to 1500 watts for each item. The PX1100 inverter provides up to 1100 watts of continuous power. You will need an inverter with a much higher wattage output, such as the Power Bright PX4000, inverter to run both of these tools at the same time. You can use an extension cord to power your items provided that the shop vac and the skill saw have their own dedicated extension cord and AC outlet on the inverter.

Will this work with 24v input

No, the PX2000 input voltage requirement is 12 volts. It cannot be connected to a 24 volt battery. There is the Power Bright ML2300-24 power inverter, which is designed to accept 24 volts and provides 2300 watts of continuous power.
