Easily said. This is the second set of knives by this company we have had. These knives are beautiful l. They are beautiful and more than worth the money. Look no further. Stunning and razor sharp. Superb quality! Sharpening system works well - these clean up easily, and are VERY sharp as is off the start! Block is perfectly functional, and these are both attractive and useful knives. Ankle eyes
My husband got me a set of Hinkle knives with butcher block with built-in sharpener for my birthday. I’m going to tell you those are some good knives they’re sharp. They cut through anything so don’t hesitate. It’s not a waste of money.

Stains easily
Unfortunately, would not buy again. The blades seems to get dull quickly and they stain/spot when washed in dishwasher (when my other knives in same wash cycle don’t, let’s be clear). I find myself needing to scrub them to remove those stains or simply wash them by hand. Wife isn’t satisfied either with their “continued sharpness”. 2 main qualities we should have. I cannot recommend.
