Is this essentially Sriracha without the sugar?

This is magic in a jar, I remember the first time I had this and then I bought that garbage in a squeeze bottle and it was horrible. Then I found this magic again. Its like sriracha but tasty and with a hint of garlic and a gut ache later on.

It has no sugar or carbs . Salt, Garlic, Distilled Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Bisulfite as Preservatives and Xanthan Gum.

What level of heat would this be with 1 being the least hot and 5 being the hottest?

It’s about a 3 nice flavor we add it to many dishes you can put a little or a lot depending on how hot you want it.. we would recommend this.👍
