It works my sleep gets better after using.

I have hashis. So I’m wary of ashwaghanda but I needed some adrenal support. I trust this brand and rhodiola works really well for me. I’m about 2’weeks I notice a bit more energy and the ability to be more calm under stress. ( planning a wedding). I’ve tried rhodiola in the past with an inferior brand and didn’t have these results. I’d say I feel a 30-40% improvement in conjunction with trying to move more, sleep more and eat better.

This product truly takes the edge off. I’ve tried other supplements in the past and some work for a few weeks and then I don’t know how to explain it..I end up feeling more irritable or anxious. For example, 5-htp, St. John’s Wort, or even Thorne’s other product Deproloft (I think they changed the name). This product doesn’t do that, just a nice subtle relaxed feeling. I take one in the morning with my b12 supplement and I’m good to go :) Also, it’s worth saying I can feel the difference when I don’t take it.

It actually works. I bought this but was skeptical because I'm used to not seeing results with herbal medicine, but this one was the exception. On days that are especially stressful, I'll take this before bed and I noticed that it was easier to fall asleep (no racing thoughts) and I actually had pleasant dreams. I shared this with my husband and he had the same results. I find myself constantly recommending this product when someone comes to me complaining about stress not letting them relax or sleep. It does make me drowsy so I only take this at night.
