Game changer
This and the lotion is a game changer for me rest!!! My legs and ankles are not as tight.i am sleeping better although I still wake up during the night but not as much and it has helped when I had leg cramps

Joint aches and pains, let’s spray them away
I’m loving this product. If you are having joint aches and pain this is your baby. I honestly first thought that magnesium was just a hype within my medical rim. I truly never gave it a try before. Now after this product I regret I didn’t earlier. The only wish I have is I wish it wasn’t as sticky feeling after you spray it on, but due to the removal of my knee pain after putting it on I can endure the sticky feeling. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes in order for you to tell the difference but once it gets to the muscles and joints you will be glad you did it. I normally spray about 3 times and rub it in, per the instructions you can build up to 10-20 spray per day.

Excellent choice for bursitis
I had pes anserine bursitis and one spritz of this cleared it up! It had been bugging me for years and nothing else I tried worked including multiple sessions of expensive high intensity laser, stem cell injections, stretching or physical therapy. I’m impressed actually!

So far not bad and will see after a few days
Compared to other brands this smells better and also does not leave a very bad white residue. I still had some slight spasms in my legs but will see after a few days. Liked that it absorbs easily into the skin.
