BUD Industries CN-5711 Die Cast Aluminum Enclosure 8.75" L x 5.74" W x 2.25" H, Natural

I used this box for my senior project in college. I customized the entire box and hand filed different parts down during my project and the box withstood anything I threw at it. It worked awesome!

These are really cool for the industrial look in an office, and they feel weighty so not too flimsy. Comes with a balck rubber lining to avoid the clanging sound of the lid, or screws to attach it more permanently.

I ordered a few BUD boxes for evaluation and found them the best. Delivery from Amazon is of course fast and speedy. THis particular box has a lid that has a low profile so it's great for many electronic enclosure applications. It also has a gasket not made out of silicone, which I opted for not using due to personal preferences. I recommend this item.

The inside center pillers for the mounting screws crunches the bills. 1/8th in an inch wider would allow two stacks of bills to be layed side by side. Good product other than that an being over priced by 30%.

Very well made all measurements as described. Worked perfect. Item arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Solid box, the size definitely met my needs. It also came with a rubber seem to seal the lid that is optional on whether you want to install it or not. As difficult as it can be to find a project enclosure the size you want, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Great Project Box

Well made box! A little small for what I need though. It is a good idea to "mock up" the size you need before ordering. I may need to order a larger one.
