Best sleep!
This is the best. I used to sleep only until 3 am then started taking this a few years ago and sleep until 8 and get a much deeper sleep. I religiously buy

Good, but messy packaging
I think the product is worth 5 stars, but I'm giving it stars overall. Works well, like any other reputable ZMA product, but the packaging needs some work. There is white powder inside each sealed bottle, either from manufacturing or from a possible broken capsule, which I didn't find. Other ZMA products I've used over the years don't have this issue.

Didn't work for me
Didn't notice any sleeping effects and was kind of bummed still taking it just to finish it. Found a other brand that works much better. Oh well!
