My hot tub was beautiful and sparkling before i used this de-former. now it is all murky and gray and awful! did anyone else have this experience?

The murky gray maybe a lack of sanitizer. I use defoamer once week but I also ensure my bromo tabs and oxidizer are at peak levels.
