Does it completely peel my feet?

It works different on everyone. It just really depends on how callus and dry your feet are. Some may need the treatment more the once. Others may need it the one time. I prepped my feet before I used the treatment, soaking my feet in hot water and Epsom salts. Then I used the peel.

I used one and it did nothing. On the package it says if skin is tougher use a second. So do i use a second immediately after the first or wait a week

I think you should wait for at least two weeks, that is what i got to know after researching a little. The second time, I put on socks after i put the mask so that it was in better contact with my skin but it gave me rashes and although most of the places the skin peeled off but from the heels it did not and that is where i actually wanted it to work. hope this helps

Has anyone tried cutting the mask open and just applying it to specific areas of the foot instead of the entire foot?

Yes! You can cut and duck TAPE ~ 1/2 the sock around your heels. You may need a lot of tape, but it’s worth it. I have SUPER cracked heels and only semi cracked “balls” of my feet, so I alternate; I’ll do full foot, then the next time just my heels. It’s worth the hassle since this the the best brand :)
