Got the collection with the hardcover boxset. All good and I recommend the seller. I know other faced issues with not receiving the boxset cover but that was not the case with me.

The box set is perfect for my collection of books. Better than buying per piece from Hamley's which is very costly.

I bought this "The Witcher" book set as a present for my partner. He wanted to get a full set of the books as he loved the TV series as well as the Witcher games he has played on PlayStation. I was a bit hesitant to buy it on Amazon as I saw some of these book sets arrived with the red "Netflix" sign on the cover which my partner didn't want. Luckily, the books arrived well-packaged in a box (quite heavy!). In perfect condition, sealed in cellophane. No Netflix sign either! My partner was very happy and so was I to see a big smile on his face. Since then he has read some of the books and enjoyed them very much. He told me the story follows the tv show closely but it's not entirely same. It has more interesting details and is a pleasure to read. Now I'm tempted to read the books myself. I believe this set can make a wonderful present to someone who is a fan of the Witcher. Or just treat yourself to this lovely collection!

An absolute thriller from start to end. If you've played the games, then you must buy the books. Or even if you haven't and are just looking for something great to read. The Witcher will not disappoint you. Unforgettable characters with beautiful descriptions, it feels like I'm in the world of The Witcher, riding alongside Geralt, Dandelion, Ciri and many more characters on their journey. Buy it now, you won't regert it.

To read, for me, everything is perfect. The box. The books. Great quality for its price (it has gone up by a lot since the time I purchased). If you haven't read a line from any of these books, try a kindle sample first. The English used in these books can be a bit hard for some people. Just keep a dictionary nearby for some words here and there, I'd suggest. I would also recommend to visit the wiki page for the Witcher. You could stumble across a character or creature and, most times, the book wouldn't try to describe or explain them. It is NOT necessary, however. If you are buying as a collectable, you MIGHT want to reconsider it, though. Because of their nature, these books require a extra bit of carefulness as they can easily be bent and damaged. You might see many reviews complaining about the "NOW ON NETFLIX" Sticker, which it NOT a sticker. It is printed in the cape, so you cannot remove it. For me, I couldn't be bothered. I can still read and enjoy this perfect series. Overall, truly worth it. I couldn't be happier!! Totally recommend!
