Picture is false advertising
The picture you see of the girl sitting in this stuffed frameless chair is patently false and misleading advertising. I bought my two sons Big Joe Milano bean chairs and they love them. My wife also likes them, although they are a little small for her. I bought two of these chairs so the whole family could have squishy chairs for movie nights then they could be piled in the corner out of the way during the day when the TV room is used for playing. After arrival I unboxed one of these, let it expand and sat down in it only to find myself flat on my back staring at the ceiling. I gave it a couple more hours to recover from being compressed in a shipping box but no change in support. It was like sitting down in a puddle of thick, very lumpy pancake batter, zero support. That picture probably has 3 or more times the stuffing jammed in it and was propped against a white wall for support. This chair is worthless and good luck getting it back in the box it shipped in for the return. It took me over an hour and an entire roll of duct tape before I was able to get it down to the UPS store to send it back.

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t buy.
I bought this for my son and after a day of using it it loose its shape and never got back to what it is supposed to look like. It is comfortable but it looks UGLY please look a the pictures. I bought the same one at Wayfair and it looks NOTHING like this one. I wish I could return it. Do not buy this

Coulda been squishier.
So I chose this over a regular ol' beanbag because I wanted something that would hold a little bit of shape to it with a back and arms. I also didn't want something that was covered in faux fur or leather as a lot of bean bags are, as it wouldn't hold up as well to my pets inevitably jumping and climbing on it. So this chair, well, it serves its purpose... but it is actually much more firm than I would have expected something competing with bean bags to be. You don't really sink into it at all. The fabric it is covered with is a linen style weave, which makes it durable enough, but it is polyester or some such synthetic which actually makes it a bit scratchy feeling. Its holding up well to the cat and small terrier taking turns napping on it when I'm not sitting in it. Its easy enough to brush and/or vacuum pet hair off. That said, the seams of the stitching where the arms meet the seat portion are clearly stressed from being pulled taught when any human body weight sits on the thing. It hasn't ripped, yet, but I feel its only a matter of time before it may start having holes form along those seam lines. I'm handy enough I could resew it if that should happen. But all in all, if I'd have been able to test this chair out in a store somewhere to feel its lack of squish and starchy fabric I think I'd have ended up looking for something else.

Disappointed
The advertising is misleading. It looks nothing like the picture. It's flat, lumpy and very uncomfortable. Now I am stuck with an oversized, awkward, ugly, heavy heap on my floor. If I lift it up and "foof" it per the instructions, it might look decent for a minute or two. But lifting and turning this thing over is not an easy task; secondly, once it sits there for a few minutes or as soon as someone sits down, it flattens again. Oh, and the zipper broke. I was able to fix it after a while, but what a pain. I would have returned it, but I was in the middle of a move and life was just too crazy. It will be included in my next yard sale.

The chair isn't like the images in the ads
When you sit in this chair, you are almost sitting on the floor. The images show people sitting on the chair in a normal position with their knees bent. But the chair isn't nearly full enough to make that happen. Your legs stick out straight in front of you because you're only a couple of inches above the floor. If you used one of the matching ottomans, you'd have to stick your legs up in the air. The chair also takes up a lot of space because there's a massive amount of stuffing in the back. I don't know why they didn't use less stuffing for the back and more for the seat. This thing is basically a massive backrest pillow.
