A great healthy product

I have been taking with on a daily basis together with chlorella and a supergreens mix. I actually take a whole tablespoon of this with half a tablespoon of spirulina and 5g of supergreens, probably much higher than average (due to my medical requirements) so my mixture is like a thick paste and smells and tastes vile. However, as they say that if you have something you do not like at least 13 times you get used to it, I am. I dilute it with Orange juice to a consistency that I can drink quickly and easily and this makes it more palatable. I also use one of those sports protein shakers to ensure that all the powder is mixed in, nothing worse than getting a gooey lump in the mixture! Anyway, so far, my monthly bloods have been a little improved in the white blood cell department. I am also hoping for an improvement in the neutrophils. I have only been taking this for a month but already feel more energetic and generally better than before. My skin is definitely better and not as dry as before. Apart from the taste, from the research the I have done, it seems a good quality powder and I am happy with it.

Diese Spirulinas, und auch die Chlorella von diesem Anbieter, sind wohl mit die besten auf dem Markt. Preislich nicht herausragend, aber dennoch eine gute Wahl. Alleine das "Bio", also keine Dünger und ggf. Antischädlingsmittel, heben sich schon von nicht-bio Produkten ab. Inhaltsstoffe sind top, nur Chlorella hat nochmal doppelt soviel Chlorophyll. Wenn ich es mir dauerhaft leisten könnte würde ich ausschließlich dieses Produkt hier nehmen, Empfehlung! Wer die Alge nur untermischen möchte z.b in Shakes sollte Pulver nehmen, kommt auch günstiger dann. Tabs sind mehr für "standalone" zum so einnehmen.

je recommande on sent des effets dès une semaine plus en former et moins faitguée, facilite le transit intestinal et c'est facile à utiliser contrairement à la poudre qui est très compliquée à consommer je trouve

Very dark green, tastes good, I put it in shakes. Juices and water combo, hot tea.. feel I'm getting good stuff in me without eating a whole garden!

Ich würde eigentlich 0 Sterne für den Geschmack geben, aber Algen schmecken eben nicht nach einer Vanille-Puddingschnecke und keiner kauft Spirulinapulver wegen des Geschmacks. Ich habe mich beim ersten Löffel (1TL verdünnt mit 300ml Wasser) fast übergeben. Ich hatte Würgereize von dem ekelhaften Geschmack & Geruch. Was geholfen hat: ein Schluck Milch und vor allem: Nase ganz fest zuhalten beim Trinken! Das wirkt Wunder! Nur mit Nase zu konnte ich das ganze Glas langsam, Schluck für Schluck trinken. Ich hoffe, dieses Zeug wirkt. Habe gelesen, dass 6g pro Tag bei Sportlern eine Verbesserung von über 10% jeweils der Sauerstoffaufnahme und der Fettverbrennung bewirkt haben.
