i have been looking for a creamed honey product that is not overly sweet. I decided to give this a try & was pleasantly surprised by Sleeping Bear Farms. I had not heard of star thistles before, but if this is what these bees are ingesting, their honey is a remarkable result. The organic lemons give a clear, crisp citrus tang to the honey. It is declicious on scones, English muffins, bran muffins and artisan bread. You can also drizzle it over fresh fruit. This will become a new staple in my pantry.

A friend visited Michigan with his canine police dog for training and while there, purchased this honey to take back. When I visited his family and tasted the honey, I immediately ordered it because it is not available in local stores. All of our friends are now ordering it!!!! I am not a honey lover, but this lemon honey is out of this world. Spread it on a piece of Italian bread over your favorite cheese - I love Monchego or homemade ricotta. I top the honey and cheese with a dusting of rosemary! It is the most delicious honey I have ever tasted. While it is expensive to have it shipped, it will be a nice addition to a Christmas gift bag or a great treat to bring with a bottle of wine and a chunk of cheese as a dinner guest.

I’ve had their products before, absolutely a return customer! It’s amazing on a cracker with a piece of cheese, or a skiff on a waffle.

I was excited to get this, as amazon prime delivers to my door. It's advertised as creme and the picture shows that beautiful yellow that creme honey is. But no i got just lemon honey with no yellow and no creme taste that is almost butter like. Back to my normal brand. I'll drive 40 mins to my local michigan farm.

this product is delicious. i love flavored honey, this is one of the best ive found. perfect balance of honey and lemon (others on amazon are too much of one or the other). i went thru the entire jar in a day or 2, searching thru my pantry for stuff to eat it with lol but also wonderful on its own!! texture is the best!
