Great introduction to N guage
This set is a small switching layout (about 4' long) with a locomotive and 2 freight cars. The quality of the train and the track is very high for the price. The Locomotive moves smoothly at slow speeds and the switch works great. The simple layout can get boring but it does exactly what it is supposed to: introduce people to n gauge and create an interest in expanding your layout and collecting more train cars. I'm a grown man having a lot of the fun for the $ playing with this on the coffee table :)

Perfect starter n scale
The trolley is smooth operating and the track goes together easily. It's reasonably priced and more track is available. The power is somewhat limited so it doesn't go too fast. But for the track supplied, its plenty fast enough. I really enjoy the set and adding more track is always fun!
