This is NOT a GMT Watch
The only way this is a GMT watch is if you are in Grennwhich England and it's set to the local time. The second hours hand functions as a 24 hour watch and can not be set independently of the first. Thus when the secondary hours hand is at what is normally interpeted as the 3,6,9 or 12 position, the conventional time will be 6am, 12 noon, 6pm or 12am It does not have a date complication which I think is a plus for a Russian watch because they are such a pain in the neck to set. I have other Russian watches that I just never adjust the date, or I wait until it is that date already being displayed before I wear it. Having said that, It's still a real bargain for a mechanical watch, and quite accurate, -5 sec per day. I'm glad I bought it.

Worth the wait
Pretty good watch despite the long wait for shipping and delivery. There was really no way to track it even when it was in the U.S. but the watch was pretty good. Worked fine and easy to set.

Idk maaan
I was interested in a gmt auto, as a merchant mariner I am frequently changing time zones. Anyways realized this might not be the best thing for that. I can sort of monitor another time zone but I have to remember or look up the difference as I am changing arbitrary ship time. Big issue I have right now is that that either the rotating bezel is getting accidentally turned while i’m wearing it, or the gmt hand is not reliably slaved as it should be. It will be off by some hours though it was accurate the day before. Being that I more or less have to memorize the time difference to make sure the bezel is correct when staying in one time zone, and either look up the time of my second time, or be very conscious of the opposite motion of maintaining whatever time when advancing or retarding ship’s clocks, the gmt function is of arguable usefulness. Having a quick reference for a second time, or actual utc when shooting a celestial body maybe, could be the best function of this. Will need to find out why the gmt hand is going off so frequently but I think it’s the bezel not being tight enough.
