A: It weighs 13 lbs.

A: If you have a P.O. Box they won't deliver. If you know someone who you trust, you can get it delivered to their address, as long as they agree to it.

**Q: Received the order yesterday only to find the bearings and spacers are missing. Can these be sent without having to return the item?**
A: Yes, call the place tou brought it from or the actual manufacturer to get help with it.

**Q: What training wheels worked for you?**
A: I didn’t need to install training wheels. The idea of a balance bike is that they start moving the bike and balancing it with their own body strength. I’m really amazed of how fast he started going by himself, lifting his feet from the ground. 👍🏻

Great product! Easy to put together! Love the hard tires. A flat tire is the worst. Can flip the pedals out to use a bike with pedals or flip them in to use as a balance bike. Perfect height for a 4yr old
