I never wanted to purchase this kit because of the price. However, after mangling my brush replacing the packing nut with my jerry rigged driver, I finally bit the bullet and bought this on a friend's recommendation. All I can say is that cheap is expensive and expensive is cheap. The kit is worth it for the nut drivers alone - the time and hassle they save by making replacing the nut a mindlessly simple task more than pays for itself, especially if you have a number of guns. Even though it's an Iwata kit, the tools will work on a number of brands (I've used them on Iwata, Grex, GSI Creos, Paasche, and Olympos). The air valve wrench is nice and makes maintaining that part easy. Didn't think I'd love the nozzle wrench as much as I do, but you really do have a better feel of how tight the nozzle is than with the wrenches. No chance of overtightening it with this unless you're really trying hard to break the nozzle. The pliers are first rate based on the one time I used them to get the stubborn back off my Grex. My wife then stole them for jewelry making, so I haven't really used them other than that once, but she's very picky about her tools so I take that as a good sign. The build quality on all the tools really is great. The skeletal hex grips on the nut drivers in particular really look fantasic as well as providing great control. I want this grip for all my precision drivers! TL;DR; - it's pricey, but worth it. Makes just about any maintenance task on your airbrush simple, and you'll do it right because you have the right tools for the job. Just get it.

A must have

Upon receipt I immediately took out the air valve in each of my 3 Iwata airbrushes and examined them (all the same), was able to get a tiny drop of oil on the bottom of the trigger shaft, and am a happy camper. The nozzle wrench fits and makes holding those tiny parts a breeze. I loaded up the zippered pocket with my reserve nozzles and the needle tube with two replacements. Both wrenches fit my Sparmax Max-3 airbrush also. Expensive, yes, but the tools are nicely made and perfect for their intended purposes. What can you say!

Perfect set for maintenance of my airbrush at a good price

The tools themselves are well made and should last a lifetime. This review is about the case itself. The elastic bands holding the tools in place are way too tight. After removing the screwdrivers with difficulty I could barely fit my little finger under the elastic band. So I inserted a glass test tube (the same size as the screwdriver) under one of them and using a small brush soaked the material with hot water and let it sit for a day hoping that would relax it enough. Not loose enough. So I soaked it again and this time used a soldering iron to dry them in their new stretched out size. Since the heat melted the fabric, it didn't shrink back to its smaller size, but now it looks like a solid piece of plastic instead of cloth. Sort of ugly, but functional. Okay, that worked pretty well, so I did it again with another section of elastic. Success once again. So I tried another section. This time I over did it with the heat and since the water had all been steamed away, it melted the piece completely in-two because it was too dry. Using my UV curable glue, I was able to tack it in place, and then reinforce the bond with the old reliable Duco cement. (Love that stuff as it will glue anything to anything else.) By using this method I was able to fit the screwdrivers in their places without any problem. Overall I highly recommend this kit for what the tools do, but I can't imagine storing airbrushes in it because of the limited stretch of the elastic bands. Just be aware that taking the screwdrivers in and out of the elastic holding straps is very difficult, and there's risk of bending the guiding rod which would make these screwdrivers not function as they are intended.

This tool set helps with fixing and maintenance of my Iwata airbrush. Great quality tools that will last a long time.

This is what I needed to stop my airbrush trigger from sticking. So far, all is well and I suggest anyone who has an Iwata to buy it.
