The velcro straps give added tightness and support. The overall height or this belt is ideal and I like something that covers my core area. I love the back support of this belt which is an added feature. I have other back supports, but this is my favorite. ### ⭐ This is NOT a waist trimmer!! *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 14 October 2021* Cons: The title should of been Back Brace for Safer Working Out.The boning is way to large for it to be called Waist Trimmer. You can't bend in any direction with this type of boning. Movement in it is stiff. I will have to take the boning out to make it useful.Pros: The strap stretches around very well, the material is flexible, and not irritating on the skin.I wore it for 30 minutes to get a honest feel of it walking on a treadmill, doing sit ups, and pull ups. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome size *by V***T on Reviewed in the United States on 2 September 2020* This is by far the best waist trimmer I have owned. It is a big size which covers my entire midsection. Good sweat while wearing it. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/263757307-zohumiwaist-trimmer-for-men-wide-waist-trainer-sweat-ab-belt](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/263757307-zohumiwaist-trimmer-for-men-wide-waist-trainer-sweat-ab-belt) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
