Are these regular size containers of play dough?

Play doh sizes are not standard anymore. You typically see the smaller versions more often although amazon usually has a great selection. I read the descriptions carefully and do the math to see which is actually cheaper per ounce. I personally buy the largest size I can find at a good price. I dont care for a bunch of those miceo containers all over the place.

Can It Be Spray Painted

Yes, here's a tutorial video https://youtu.be/x9DeloJci54

You put the wrong name for the gift on my last order

Dont listen to the other answers. I dont see a problem with mentioning that although I wouldve put it in the ratings section or contacted the seller rather than placing it in the questions here.
