Can I use this topcoat with other polishes?

I used this for the first time over OPI nail lacquer and lap swam in a pool a couple of times and several other vigorous activities and my polish has lasted over 2 weeks. I’m blown away! Going to keep trying with other polishes I have.

We're sorry to hear you are having a hard time removing the gel couture platinum grade finish top coat, For best results, soak your cotton pad in polish remover, then allow it to sit on the nail for 30 seconds before removing. This will give the polish remover a chance to soften this long wear nail color so it wipes off effortlessly.

Regular nail polish remover. You do not need the pure acetone like for gel nails (with the light).

How is this brand and how is the quality

This is an excellent product. Essie it a top name brand comparable to OPI. It is used on top of the Essie Gel Couture nail polish. My manicure last longer, but I must say that I use gloves to wash dishes, wipe counters, etc. and minimize water on my hands. I can go 4-5 days with absolutely no chipping, which is good for someone who is constantly cleaning.
