Handy Charging Station, Works Well
The Nyko Charge Station is a convenient way to keep multiple Wii or Wii U controllers charged and organized. It fits four Wii or Wii U remotes, and the LED indicators make it easy to tell when controllers are fully charged. It’s compact enough to sit near the console without taking up too much space. The station works as advertised, but the plastic feels lightweight, so it doesn’t feel very sturdy when docking or removing controllers. Overall, it’s a practical and affordable alternative to official Nintendo chargers. Pros: Charges up to four Wii/Wii U controllers at once LED indicators for charging status Compact and easy to place near your console Affordable alternative to official chargers Cons: Lightweight plastic can feel a bit flimsy Controllers can wobble slightly when all slots are full Only compatible with standard Wii/Wii U remotes This is a practical, budget-friendly charging solution for Wii and Wii U controllers. It keeps everything organized and charged, but handle it carefully since the build isn’t very heavy-duty. It does the job.

Reliable charging station for wii controllers
I've been using the Nyko Charge Station for Wii controllers since 2011, and I'm thoroughly impressed by its longevity and performance. One of the most notable aspects of this charging station is its durability. Despite being a non-name brand item, it has outlasted some of my Wii controllers, which is quite surprising. The sturdy construction and reliable functionality have certainly exceeded my expectations. The convenience of having a dedicated charging station for my Wii controllers cannot be overstated. It provides a hassle-free way to keep my controllers powered up and ready to go whenever I want to dive into a gaming session. The compact design also helps save space and keeps my gaming setup organized. Even after all these years, the Nyko Charge Station continues to work flawlessly. It's a testament to its quality and reliability that it has stood the test of time and is still going strong in 2024. Overall, I highly recommend the Nyko Charge Station for anyone in need of a reliable charging solution for their Wii controllers. It's a durable and efficient accessory that has proven its worth time and time again.

Great Deal, Works Wonderfully
This set of rechargeable batteries has completely eliminated the rather expensive need to replace AAs weekly in our son's Wii controllers. We've been using them and the accompanying charging station for almost a year now and have absolutely no complaints. My son was five when we first got them and having a station just for the Wii controllers really helped teach him to become more responsible with his gaming equipment - to place the controllers back into the charging station after he is finished playing has become a deeply ingrained habit and now we rarely have to wonder where the controllers wound up after a day of gaming. And we discovered during the few times he's forgotten to replace them that the charge can last for days - the longest we left them off the charger was a full seven days and by the end of that week the sync/indicator lights at the bottom of the controllers were only just beginning to appear faint and still functioned for several hours of gameplay before we had to charge them. I have no idea and can't really imagine how others might have problems with getting the batteries to make contact with the charging station. Some reviewers complained of great struggles in this respect but it has never been a problem for us or any of the very young children who have used our controllers. The indicator light on the charger often turns from blue to green within just an hour of replacing the controllers and I'm almost certain the batteries are not achieving a full charge in such a short period of time, but I don't really need that light to make common sense decisions about how long they should be left on the charger. We charge them over night and all is well by morning. For the price and what you'll save no longer buying batteries just for your controllers, these are a great deal and I'd highly recommend them to Wii lovers.

Charge doesn't last super long, but it's totally worth not buying batteries constantly!
What do I think of this product? Overall, I think it's worth the money and it works quite well. I bought an old wii that came with two remotes, but the battery covers were missing and I quickly noticed that I went though a set of batteries much faster that I thought I would. I like that this came with battery covers that are separate from the rechargable battery packs so that I could use regular batteries and simply throw the covers over them if I choose to. The reason why I docked a star is because the charge doesn't last nearly as long as a set of brand name batteries. It is pretty annoying to have to charge the remotes so often when it seems like you haven't used them much. It seems like they especially lose charge when not in use vs regular batteries. Even though that is the case, I am glad I purchased one of these battery docks because I'm sure I would have easily spent as much money on batteries at this point and I wouldn't have a battery cover for the remotes.

wonderful product
We brought these for our two Wii remotes (not motion plus) about two months ago and they work wonderfully. Some people claimed they died quickly, but ours continues to go strong and shows no sign of allowing down. The batteries last for a long time, the one time we used it until it died we had been playing for about 4-5 hours. Some people claimed it was hard to put the batteries in, we thought it was hard too, until we realized we had them backwards. After we turned them around they went in easily. As to some people's claim that they are hard to put on the stand correctly, we have never found this to be true. There is even a light which, in addition to telling you when the battery is fully charged also tells you if it is on the stand correctly. So, if you do happen to misplace it on the base, you will know right away because the light is not on. Plus into the wall, which is much better than the ones that need to be plugged into a usb. Overall a good product at a great price. Would recommend it and would buy again, if it ever does die.

Solid, reliable product
We originally bought the white & grey version of this product a year or two ago, when we only had two controllers. We added controllers three and four over the last few months, so we went looking for another charger. We found the Gen Premium Dual Charging Station with LED Light Plus 2 High Capacity Rechargeable Replacement Battery and USB Cable For Nintendo Wii Remote Control , which is about $5 cheaper, so we bought it first. BIG MISTAKE! One battery was completely defective and the whole dock felt cheap and extremely fragile, it was obviously only a matter of time before the whole thing imploded. We returned it and got this Nyko charger, basically the same thing as the one we were already using for controllers one and two. We have never had a problem getting the remotes properly seated on their stations, the batteries last for hours and hours of playing before they need recharging, and restoring them to full capacity only takes an hour or two at the most. We looooove this charger. All the folks complaining about having a difficult time getting the remotes seated on this charging dock should order the one I linked above. Thirty seconds in its presence will make you realize what a BAMF this Nyko charger really is. It's worth every penny and we enthusiastically recommend it to all our friends.

Super easy to charge and batteries have been very good
This charger came with 2 batteries and two new rubber covered battery covers. The charger works great and as long as you charge your batteries BEFORE you use them the charge should last a while. I have had mine running for 3 days now and still show 3 full bars of power. They will get better after the 3-5 charge. I did not experience any issues placing the remotes on the base whatsoever. If I had to have a gripe, it would be that you must remove the rubber bumper guard from the remote BEFORE placing it on the charger! There are alignment pegs in the charging base that position the remotes where they need to be. The contacts are on the back of the remotes not the bottom so they literally "lay" in place. No pressure, no snapping into position. This same unit sells at GameStop for 30.00! I would buy this again and recommend it as a must have for the Wii.

Short Battery Life
Looking for rechargeable batteries/docks for Wiimotes is hard nowadays. It seems like the good ones are discontinued and hard to find anymore. And the ones left being sold on Amazon all got pretty poor reviews. I rolled the dice and went with this one since it's the best reviewed and has the Nyko name brand, which seems to be respectable most of the time. The major downside to these is that you can't charge them with the silicone gel on your Wiimote. You must take them off and use the provided battery covers that come with it. Everything works as it should but these things do not hold a charge for very long. You'll get 4 hours out of a full charge at the most. I don't know if they wore out over the years but it's pretty weak. You'll be better off just buying some rechargeable AA batteries and charger and going that route. Not recommended unless you like constantly docking your Wiimotes and charging them. Very short battery life.

Buen producto. Buen precio.
Muy buen producto. Llegó desde USA a buen precio. Cumple con lo que promete. Conexión electrica de patilla americana, pero con un adaptador de medio euro se soluciona.
