MunchkinStay Put Suction Bowl, 3 Count, 2 Pack

I literally have never been able to get the largest and smallest of these 3 bowls to stick to the surface of our toddler's high chair tray, and the medium one only sticks about half of the time. We've experimented a lot, hoping there might be some trick that will get them to stick better. There isn't. We've tried sticking them when both bowl and tray were completely dry, when bottom of bowl and / or tray were slightly moistened, and also with slightly more moisture. Nothing works.

These work great on our granite counters, as long as you wet the suction cup first. There are a lot of bad reviews for these but I've been happy with them. They're reasonably priced so you get what you pay for.

My granddaughter likes to spell her food off the table no more of that suction cups at the bottom wonderful idea

They are great. They don't stick to everything though.
