I like it and it's very mild. Do you time I switched to 36% and am very happy although I have noticable sensitivity...milder but noticable for a few days. Although I see the same results or a bit more in only one hour but will bleach gums. This strength won't badly bleach gums if you get a little on it. Use it for 3hrs then I use a remineralizing paste after to reduce sensitivity made in Switzerland. Not sure if it's great but it seems to help. Don't drink coffee, tea, or wine for 24+ hrs after. I used this with custom fitted trays I had made online. Custom trays cost maybe $120ish but really REALLY get you the great results if you have teeth that aren't in a perfect row.
