Really like this product. I've used other products that caused sensitivity. Hydrogen peroxide products typically cause that bubbling sensation, not Carbamide peroxide. **Q: do these have to be refrigerated like other teeth whitening products?** A: They do not ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great results! *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 5 November 2019* I've been using Dr. Song whitening kit for 1 year, and it had an incredible effect on my teeth. My teeth are much whiter compare to last year. The whitening session is absolutely painless! I will definitely keep on ordering this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noticeable results and a great value overall *by on Reviewed in the United States 4 November 2025* After just a couple of uses, I could already see a difference in my teeth — especially when comparing them to the whitening guide included in the box. It actually works, which is always nice when you’re trying something new. I also appreciated that they threw in an extra syringe of gel; little touches like that make a difference.I had read a few reviews mentioning black specks in the gel, but thankfully mine was completely smooth and clear. The only small issue I ran into was that the gel tends to come out in a thick glob because the syringe stopper sticks a bit, but it’s easy enough to spread around in the mouth trays. The taste isn’t great, but honestly, that’s pretty standard with whitening gels.Overall, this kit delivers what it promises. My teeth look brighter, it’s easy to use, and the value for the price is solid. If you’re looking for a whitening system that actually makes a difference without spending a ton, this one’s definitely worth trying. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr Song is my favorite! *by on Reviewed in the United States 27 April 2026* My favorite, for sure. Tried many brands.Burns less and whitens without the oversensitivity.Pro tip is use vitamin E q-tips to coat your gums before the whitening treatment. This allows you to leave treatment on longer.I do about 30 mins at a time and can do every other day if trying to get them back bright after slacking off. Probably two 20 min sessions a week would keep them bright white.
