I started with 3 times per week, then every other day. I found, without even realizing it at first, that my skin looked brighter and wrinkles markedly improved. (I am 62 so yes, I have wrinkles). I began to use it daily with continued positive results. I use either my ZO daily or retinol, then the enzymatic peel, and usually a tinted facial moisturizer. I do not rinse the peel off as the directions say you don't have to. Some will probably say it doesn't do anything, etc. Welllll..... maybe they are younger or maybe just have different skin.
