Good value, but manage your expectations
This is a good product for the price, but know it isn’t a ready to use product. It actually took some elbow grease to get the backs flattened to a proper working condition. Steel is ok and holds its edge well enough. Once sharpened they worked great. Handles are ok and hold up to wooden mallet. I’d say if you are a weekend woodworker on a budget, these will do you just fine. If you are using this for odd jobs around the house, these will do great, provided you take the time to sharpen these properly.

Looks Great
Even though I have not worked with these chisels yet they appear to be good and well finished. Contrary to some, these ones came sharp. So far I am happy with them.

Sharp Out of the Box – Professional Grade CR-V Steel
Impressive set for the price. The CR-V steel holds an edge well and only required minimal stropping to be razor-sharp. The beveled edges are precise, making them perfect for clean hinge mortising and fine cabinetry. The handles feel ergonomic and solid under a mallet, and the safety caps are a great touch for protecting the tips in my tool bag. A reliable, professional-feeling set. 5 stars.
