It’s a very insightful book with tons of ideas and good information on finding funding for your real estate projects, but there’s a major issue: the entire book only focuses on the UNITED STATES MARKET. Which is unfortunate because it doesn’t seem to say anywhere that it only focuses on U.S markets, all the loan options and rules/regulations are based on this. I’m from the UAE so sadly this was upsetting for me once I got into the book, but nevertheless the information provided is still very insightful and helpful.

I absolutely love the way of writing Brandon does. It's easy to read, also when you're not English native speaker. Definitely recommend the book, some information is quite obvious but it's good to have it written somewhere and follow certain steps to be successful.

This book reads like a blog. Does not add anything you can easily find on the internet. Not recommended.

Vous découvrirez à travers ce livre les principales techniques et manières d’investir avec peu ou pas de votre propre argent dans l’immobilier, et ce de manière très créative. Ce livre reste néanmoins principalement destiné au marché américain. Je vous le recommande.

A great book for finding out what creativity with real estate is. Fully neccessary for someone who is a starter in this business, but it demands some base, since you need some other book to cover dealing, finding perfect deals and so on. But this book really makes you enthusiastic for this business.
