Q: Could I use cloth wipes in this?

Sure, I don't see why not. I've never tried it, but the only potential issues I can see are: 1. It won't fit a lot of cloth wipes in this. 2. You will have to pre moisten them and if you left them in there a long time I bet the cloth wipe would dry out. I also don't think the mister on this will be heavy duty enough to really soak the wipe again.

Q: Has anyone used this for dry disposable wipes (dry cleansing cloths that are not pre-moistened at all)? Does it work just as well for these?

You can use the warmer with cloth wipes but I would moisten them since the heating unit is in the lid and it would be dangerous to heat dry wipes (fire hazard are my thoughts but this is the case for any wipes warmer with dry wipes). For convenience I wouldn't attempt to pull the cloth wipes through the top slit since the nature of cloth wipes doesn't allow for the wipe below to be pulled up automatically if that makes sense. If your desire is to moisten each wipe only when you use then I'm not sure this is the product for you since the squirt bottle within the system would also spray small amounts of water on all the wipes when discharged. If your desire is to add more moisture to give your cloth wipes as you use them then this is definitely what you're looking for. I have used other wipes warmers that have the heating element at the bottom (aka all others on the market as of now expect this one) with cloth wipes and I felt like it was a fire hazard since my bottom wipes dried out without my knowledge. Hi Lee, The Munchkin Mist Wipe Warmer in unable to be mounted on the wall.

Q: Does the cap on the misting button stay on or do you remove it?

The cap on the actual button stays on. You can remove it to clean it I suppose. But the cap is attached to a lid that holds the water reservoir which is removable so that you can refill it. Hope that makes sense. The misting button is just a normal spray bottle button you would see on hairspray or something. Hope that helps.
