This brand has changed the game with its effectiveness. It’s unflavored (that usually means it’s terrible)but not with nutricost inositol powder. In today’s economy you can’t afford to make the wrong choices. once you see the results ,it’s obvious that it’s well worth the money for its size and quality of life.

Got this for my wife, it is said that this supplement helps with the monthly flow and regulates your period. And it helps, she has it a lil bit easier every month which is a blessing. It doesn’t upset your stomach and tastes like nothing. Take a teaspoon a day to back up the flow.

Have been using this brand of inositol for a while now. Helps a lot with blood sugar regulation and is highly effective. No smell or taste. I add it to my coffee every day and it definitely helps with my energy level and metabolism of sugar. It dissolves quickly and easily. Highly recommend. Great amount of product for the price!

The powder was OK, and the package was OK, but I have my reservations about the the seal being too difficult to remove. I mean, what century is this again? 🙄 Maybe there's some kind of gadget that would take this kind of seal off cleanly, and you're not supposed to lift up on the little flap? I don't know.

I have PCOS and my doctor recommended I use a higher dose than is frequently given to women with PCOS (6g/day). This canister has enough servings that even at that dosage, I can stretch one canister for around 3 months. I haven’t really noticed any change in my sleep quality, but my periods are much more regular now than they had been in about two years. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all — I hardly notice it in my morning water; it just has a slightly sweet taste. Super easy to use (better than taking 12 caplets every morning!) and great value!

I’ve been taking this for 2 months. It gives me energy. I take a high dose so it does give me gas. I also take it for mood and insulin regulation and have noticed since I have not had it for about a week I have been eating everything in site. So I plan on keeping this in my stack of supplements.

This inositol powder works well and dissolves nicely. I like the clean taste and that it doesn’t upset my stomach. It helped support my overall health goals, and the 1 lb is a good size for long-term use. Would buy again.
