The Surprise Attack of Jabba the Puppett (Origami Yoda #4) (Volume 4)

Son wanted this very badly. He has been reading the series since we found book 1. He started reading these late because he was already 8 when he began the first one. Jabba was a great addition. He loved it and the series. He has made us puppets and origami over and over. Pros: Easy reading for most ages that can read alone. Great story Don't have to be a Star Wars fan to love it (but if you are not an Original Star Wars fan you should be ashamed) Really stimulated him not to just read but then create the puppets and draw more. This series has helped his artistic see come out Not just for Boy's. My girl is too young but loves looking at the pictures. Cons: Afraid that the series will end.

Surprise Attack of Jabba is a fantastic addition to Angleberger's series. We bought a copy the day it was published at an author signing and just bought another on Amazon that we'll use as a birthday gift this Saturday. ( Just-released books are great gifts.) Tom was absolutely fantastic at the book signing. His love for kids is obvious. He's got a knack for developing instant rapport and keeps them giggling. We are HUGE fans; this book puts him near the top of our list. AND we love the trading cards that come with!

My nine year old loves this book! He’s read through the entire series twice. He has a huge collection of origami now. Be sure to check out Tom’s YouTube videos. My son has spent countless hours learning from them.

Love the series, and this book as well. I did not like the fact that it does not end and we have to wait for another book to read the conclusion. I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of Jabba. When it came I hopped right into reading it. Then in a flash it was over. I wish he had just written a longer book. How long do we have to wait for the sequel? That was a downer. Otherwise, I found the book as entertaining as the rest of the series. I am looking forward to reading the next book. I just hope we don't have to wait too long to get it.

I bought this book for my son who absolutely loves origami and Star Wars. This book is full of humorous approaches to origami projects featuring the Star Wars theme. After reading this, you'll never fear Jabba again. My son will sit down for hours reading through the book and creating the many origami projects. He and his friend love working on them together. A very entertaining book for the creative Star Wars fan of any age!

we stumbled upon 2 of this series of books in a yard sale and my son was instantly hooked! he really enjoys the Star Wars theme and he enjoys making the origami versions of the characters, as taught in the books. even if your kids do not like Star Wars, these are nice little books and the origami is fun to learn and make.

Ever since I got the book from my brother I can't stop reading it it's like my eyes a glued on it ! First the origami gods the Darth Vader then Chewbacca then jabba the hutt ! Great books I pretty sure if you read it you would like it . Tom Angleberger is the best book writer in my opinion . Anyway great book so hope you get it if you do you will love it ; - )

On suis avec toujours autant de plaisirs les aventures des enfants dans ce nouveau tome. Dommage que l'histoire soit un peu moins bonne et que la fin appelle une suite.

Mi kids already read the three previous book, and could barely wait to read the fourth, nice way to approach kids to reading, even if they are not fans of books. I truly recommend it. looking forward for the fifth.

My son loves these books, reads them from start to finish in one sitting! They have also introduced him to origami which occupies him for hours!

My 11 year old loves stories but prefers being read to than reading for himself. These books together with Rick Riordan's "Percy Jackson" series have turned him from a reluctant into a voracious reader. I can't recommend them highly enough
