Great product!
I’ve been using these for about 5 years. I’ve never been disappointed. They arrive on time and they work! I have Hashimoto’s thyroid disease and these have been a life saver to combat hair loss. I take one at breakfast and one in the evening. They do not cause stomach upset. They do have an herbal taste but I’ve gotten used to it. They’re definitely worth a try if you’re struggling with excessive hair shedding. I also like that it’s all natural and comes in a brown glass bottle. I keep mine in a kitchen cabinet out of the light.

I've been using this product for a number of years now. I tried it because my nails were not very strong...but they're nice and strong now. And my hair looks good, too.

Must have for Strong Nails, Long Hair and Great Skin
I have tried many OTC and Prescription hair care products but none compare to MegaFood Skin, Nails & Hair! I recommend to everyone I meet and they also quickly become a believer in it's ability to strengthen your nails and thicken your hair. The added bonus being that the price is less than others on the market.

Leg cramps
I opened it month after I got it and started taking 1 vs 2 tablets. 2 is what it say on their but it’s just too big to swallow for me. First few times nothing happened. Felt fine than all of a sudden I started getting leg cramps. I drink ton of water when I take any pills so this wasn’t due to lack of water or anything. So I stopped for a bit and never had cramps or anything. I thought something else and have it chance again. Same thing Sabin, I got leg cramps that night and day after. So now I stopped all together and never had cramps. I never got cramps before pills so this is definitely these pills. I’m hoping it’s me alone. It’s too late to get refund as it’s for one month only so I’ll have to keep the used but I sure won’t be using it ever again. I love their blood builder though.
