The results are great, the water tastes good. Just be sure to follow the instructions to run the water for 3 minutes initially and then 3 seconds every time you turn it on. The initial 3 minutes is to clear our extra carbon (you'll see the black water coming out). The three seconds is (I think) to clear out the water that has been sitting in the plastic housing holding the filter. It can taste a bit like plastic if you don't do this.
