al inicio tenía problemas para conectar el teléfono para aviso S.O.S desde la aplicación sugerida por la marca. pero descargué Livall Riding y desde allí funciona excelente. Las conversaciones telefónicas y audios que se envían a través del micrófono del casco. son muy nítidas siempre y cuando no se este muy rápido en la bicicleta. la conexión bluetooth es muy eficiente, y se escucha muy bien la música. El sistema S.O.S. funciona muy bien, realizando descenso en montaña me caí y a pesar de no golpearme la cabeza sonó la alarma S.O.S y en caso de no desactivar se comunica con el contacto registrado. Quiza se puede mejorar la intensidad de las luces, pues no es tan visible a menos que se esté muy cerca. Lamentablemente no hay mas personas con este casco por lo que no puedo usar la función woki toki

Love this product. The price is right and everything works well. The speaker could be a little louder.

Basic technical issues: the speakers are too low, even at maximum, when riding a bike with wind blowing. Also, the lights in the back are only visible at night; they are very low-intensity lights, almost totally washout in daylight from a distance of just a few yards. However, the hurdle I couldn't pass was using the app smart4u.ai, which is required for running the functions on the helmet. The app requires you to agree to "comply with related Chinese laws and regulations," among other things. Also, it requires you to provide your personal information, threatening discontinuation of service if they discover you were not forthcoming with the correct information! Why would they need all this information for using bike a helmet? And they could use all this information in any way they wanted, oh yes, they will "in a timely fashion" provide you a notice. I am astonished that Amazon promotes any product with this type of intrusive software attachment, which most people just click "agreed" without reading the conditions. Read the details; some of it even sounds funny!

The fit is good. The speakers are adequate. However, you do have to have the app to make the helmet work. Without the app, your Bluetooth will identify the helmet but not connect to it. There is ZERO in the instructions about having to have the app. The instructions say, "Switch on the Bluetooth on your phone and scan for the "Helmet Headset" device. (SIC: It came up as BlingHelmet.) Then is says simply "Click to Connect". It does not work like that. The app has some possibly useful features, but it looks like you are out of luck if you don't want to use the app. I can only speculate on what is happening with all the data being collected. If you want don't want yet another app on your device sharing data with this company, find another helmet. If I had known this was the case I probably would have chosen some other helmet.

Lo disfruté mucho hasta que extravié el cargador y este no se consigue. Si pueden venderme solo el cargador lo agradecería para poder volver a usar este casco

I wouldve gave it a 4 start or so rating but it just stopped charging and working within the past week. Had it for about 8 months.The remote and lighting aspact was pretty good. Speakers was decent, not loud where i can be comfortably listening but just enough to hear with traffic. The MIC was actually pretty good at filtering out the noise. Now, because of the electronic part of the helmet not working, its just a helmet...

Received the helmet. You could tell it had been repackaged. It even had a cup mark on the package. It would not charge up at all. Why was it sent?
