Another Victorinox Winner
As sharp as my larger Victorinox bread knife, but lighter and more compact. I have the big brother of this knife and have enjoyed using it for about two years. Tiring of using a bad bread knife at my girlfriend's house, I bought this version for her. She likes it. I like it. This knife will slice crusty bread without crushing it. I own several knives by Wusthof and Chicago Cutlery, so I'm a borderline knife snob. Every Victorinox knife I've purchased has been a great value. Recommended.

I have two sets of these knives. One in Florida and one at my NY home, I love them and the price is right. If I had a third home I would buy them again. Love that I can buy just the ones I need. Great product.

Bread knife
This is a lovely bread knife, cake knife etc. it is sharp enough to cut unsliced loaves with ease & the handle is comfortable to hold. The handle is a lovely colour of red which matches the red accents on the tiles of my kitchen. It’s a strong knife & will last. Not too expensive but certainly not cheap & nasty.
