Is this good for fine hair?

I don't see any reason for it not to be good for fine hair. It is promoted as a protection for hair and I have found it to be effective. It has been great controlling frizz and "flyaways". A nice smoothing product.

can I use it whit hair is dry to manage flyaways?

I used a small amount on dry hair but to be honest i didnt care for it

Does this product contain hydrolyzed protein?

I have this product. I do not see a listing with the ingredients for hydrolyzed protein, however hydrolyzed shows up several times (hydrolyzed Keratin, hydrolyzed collagen and hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans is listed on the ingredients list. Just a side mention - I didn't care for this product.
