The Best!
Camellia is known as the best for a reason. Texas has an inexplicable grudge against dried cannellini beans, so I have to order them from Amazon like a savage. It’s baffling. These are normal, staple beans. Come on, H-E-B. Anyway, these are a decent price, are as “fresh” as fried beans can be, and they cook beautifully. I recommend an overnight soak in salted water before cooking, and adding a pinch of baking soda helps to soften the skin of the beans to make them creamier. Legend has it that this will also cause fewer farts. This legend has been busted, but the beans remain delicious.

So far we have enjoyed Camellia Brand Dried Cannellini Beans – Premium White Kidney Beans. My wife loves beans but I only enjoy them because of her cooking talents. Normally, I don't eat beans but she does a great job preparing them.

One bean to rule them all!
Excellent beans! I was really hungry for a good white bean soup made the way I like and this product didn't disappoint! I under cooked the first bag then over cooked but were still edible. I cooked the second bag today in the Instapot at high pressure, 42min and let set 20min to depressurize and they came out fantastic! A teaspoon of olive oil, bay leaf, rosemary, sage and some dried veggie broth from Well Your World. Saute diced carrots, celery and ham and add to beans when done and voila! A fantastic, inexpensive and healthy meal. For me I got about four good sized meals out of one bag. I just ordered more bags.

Good quality, large beans
The size and quality of tge beans were way better than store brands. I used one the bags of beans for Senate navy bean soup and even though i did not soak them overnight, the soup still finished early in my slow cooker.
