Step down from the previous model
Very disappointed. It does not trim short hair. Gets hot after a little bit of use. Pulls hair quiet often. The previous model was much better. I never had these issues in the older model. I wonder if Philips really tested this before releasing it

This product does not do what it is made for. There are other products which are far better than this one and cheaper as well such as the Panasonic nose trimmer which is an excellent after trying both.

It does work well but I think it would be better value for money if it came with the eye brow trimming attachments
