For individual days or weekends/weekdays?** A: Only one alarm. You choose the alarm to be daily, weekdays, weekends, or off. **Q: No instructions. How do you set watch?** A: Hold the "set/recall" button. It's the top left one. The "mode" button will get you to the next thing you need to set, the "start/split" works as the + for adding time, days, etc. the "stop/reset"works as the - **Q: After you close the band buckle, how do you get the band through the little square that holds the long end of the band? Its too tight to get through.** A: This is the most frustrating part of an otherwise excellent watch. What I have found works best is to put the part that slides at the very end of the watch band, i.e, don't try to put the band in the slot when it's close to the buckle. Once at the farthest point, lift up the slide part and just slide the band in.
