It was probably my fault for not really reading the dimensions thoroughly, but this is a VERY small item. It took a while to receive it, too.

I haven't assembled this little building yet but it looks fairly simple to do.
It's sized correctly for what I'll be using it for but it took forever to arrive. I'll have to consider another supplier if I purchase any more of this product because of the long shipping time it took.

Missing graphics and windows.
Kit is pretty simplistic. But was missing the graphics and window plastic. Email sent to manufacturer. Got quick reply, but never received the parts. Avoid this manufacturer.

Simplicity
As in the past, these models go together easily. There are no bells & whistles. You have to paint and glaze the windows. When signs, Figures are added, you'll be happy with the kit.
