Necessary item for hiking and walking
It looks like good quality tape, useful on hot spots to prevent blisters like moleskin, and for sprains. But, as most items in our first aid kit, we have them but have not needed to use them.

Hundreds of multi-day hikers can't be wrong
After reading numerous reviews from multi-day hikers praising Leukotape P, I decided to try it. I love it! I use it for both hiking and ultrarunning. It's made a big difference in blister prevention for my feet. Someone recommended putting it on the night before a big hike/race because it adheres even stronger... I haven't had an issue with tape coming off prematurely, but I agree with that suggestion. This tape is relatively thin, very pliable and really sticks!
