Difficult to put it on
The product does its job well in making your arm sweat when working out. 2 downsides of the product: it's very difficult to put it on by yourself & it does scratch the underarm so it gets itchy and annoying. For those 2 reasons I don't use it as often as I'd like to so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the product.

Love these!
They fit very tight at first because my arms were bigger but one strap is slightly longer than the other one to secure it in place. So play with it to get the right fit. My arms are definitely smaller and these work great. Comes with a bag you can use in the washing machine to wash the arms with. The look is very athletic and fun ! Great value for your money!

Comfortable and work
I actually like these. I wore them around the house for a few hours an day and they work. They helped tighten and tone. Of course I still lifted but I do think these helped. They were comfortable.

Amazing purchase
I recently purchased the Sweet Sweat arm bands along with the waste shaper and honestly, they were worth every penny. I was really optimistic in purchasing these for a few years. I was recently told by my Doctor that I needed to lose weight for my health and so I decided to purchase them and try. Let me tell you.... you will sweat SOOOO much. I have never sweat so much during a single workout before. I love the arm bands the most because that is my most stubborn area and I have noticed a significant difference in my arm fat since using these which I know would have taken me so much longer without the bands. Amazing buy and I recommend these to everyone I know!!! I also received a free sample of their workout enhancer gel which by the way is AMAZING. One sample was enough for 2 workouts on my arms, stomach and back. I decided to purchase the gel as well & I think anyone who is looking to purchase the arm bands should also purchase the gel.
