Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: Brilliant Leadership Coaching Read! - One of my favourite leadership books, really readable, relatable, with brilliant advice that is easy to apply - thank you Brain for writing such an awesome book! Review: I like the content of the book - I like the content of the book, and the fable style of getting the key messages across, but desertcart, £15.35 for the Kindle version when a printed hardcover costs £9!!! I think the price of the electronic version shockingly expensive, especially 2/3rds of the content did not change from the previous edition.

Great book, luckily to have it present by the author in a training session
An easy to read book that will help you step up and become a sales coach.

Too basic and superficial.

The books is great. It is written in simple langauge, but has veru good lessons for every manager or upcoming manager/leader.

This is by far the worst business book I’ve ever read. I think that the concept of coaching is very important - and kept thinking if I kept flipping the pages that at some point I would learn a few tips to improve my coaching skills. I was shocked to get to the end of the book, having learned nothing, to then be referred to the author’s website to watch over an hour of free videos which apparently would share some coaching techniques. Another waste of time as the videos were just a repeat of the book! Wow. How this book became a New York Times Bestseller is absolutely beyond me. The only purpose it appears to serve is to try to convince the readers to hire the author’s consulting firm where “maybe” they will finally learn the secrets to being a good coach.....

Easy read, very insightful, straight-forward approach. Brian takes lessons managers are (or should) be familiar with and replays them in a way that should make anyone who leads people to reflect and assess their approach. Initially I was disappointed because there were links to a lot of additional info included in the book that was missing on his website. When i reached out asking about the missing info he responded to me personally to confirm that he's updating the videos and should be publishing them soon.

Y el libro es una buena guía, ya que presenta resultados de estudios que fundamentan su contenido. Para las empresas que no tienen una cultura de realizar coaching es muy aleccionador.
