I was a little surprised at how large the bottle was and hopeful it would work and last a while. I followed the instructions, using the cap to measure out a dose. The taste is a little sharp and not as minty as I thought it would be. It was a bit sharp. After a couple of uses in the morning and at night I found it gave me a bit of a sore throat. This is because, I think, I use it to gargle with as well as a simple mouthwash. I now don't use a capful to dose with but only use a small amount and only briefly swill around the mouth. It is too early to say whether it will deal with oral thrush but it does make my mouth feel clean.
