It has chunks of chocolate throughout the bar. This is my favorite flavor it's really good. Make sure they are fresh. I ordered from a seller and the bars were not fresh. I then reordered from Amazon and got fresh product. Big difference! !! **Q: Has anyone tried the new version of these with the corn fiber? How is the taste? Do any of the stevia flavored bars taste ok?** A: The reformulated Bars taste pretty similar to me. Supposedly they will keep the bars softer. Stevia flavors are great. No aftertaste IMO **Q: What kind of sweetener is used in these bars?** A: Some of the bars only use Stevia, which are the ones I buy. The others use an artificial sweetener but I can't remember the name.
